Pre Travel Requirements

• Passport must be valid.
• Must have valid visa - we will send you letter confirming you are receiving medical treatment.
• All immunizations should be current and you will be advised to bring all previous medical records.

  WHAT IS COVERED IN YOUR BILL:

• All medical procedures and costs connected to the hospitalisation. 
• Airfare and hotel and food bills while at the hotel or hospital.
• Transport in Mumbai from airport to hospital and hospital to airport.

  WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN YOUR BILL:

• Incidental travel costs such as food at airports while waiting for flights and incidental costs while on a stop over will be your responsibility. 
• All beverages while traveling (alcoholic and non- alcoholic).
  

• The weather in Kerala is usually about 25 – 30 deg Celsius.
• The weather in Mumbai is usually about 30– 33 deg Celsius.
• The hotels are all 4-5 star and some pictures are included – more information will be included. There are many activities to partake in while in Kerala and Mumbai. These extra activities are not covered in the cost.

• Ayurvedic massages
• Boat tours
• Backwater tours
• Gourmet dining (cost of dining in hotel is included in cost – but should you decide to “go out” then it will be at your cost)
• The hospital will pick you up at the airport and transport you by ambulance and take you to the hospital as soon you arrive in Trivandrum or Calicut.
• Recuperation will take place outside the hospital. Arrangements will be made by the hospital to bring you to the hospital for daily checkups or as the hospital deems necessary.
• Meditours will only be liable for the arrangement of the services – hospitals and hotels have their own liability clauses – Please be aware of this – Meditours is not liable for hospital or hotel services.
